Kesha Chantilou was born in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica West Indies. She migrated to the United States in July, 1991.  It was that same month that she decided to give herself completely to the Lord.  She was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit just two weeks later.  Growing up in Jamaica, she was always involved in the church. Under the watchful eyes of her mother, her home environment was Christ centered so it became natural.

During her early years of study, she was not fortunate as others to get grants, loans or financial aid, however she worked assiduously in attaining her goal. In 1997, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Florida Metropolitan University (FMU) and was also selected to be the Salutatorian of her class.

Elder Kesha Chantilou believes and practices St. Luke 12:48 “……. to whom much is given, much is required…..” She has held numerous roles in church, including Sunday School Secretary, Youth President, Choir Member, Church Secretary and Treasurer.

In October 2010, she was privileged to be one of the seven foundation members to witness the launch of Vision Worship Center, a place of Purpose, Power and Restoration.  She was ordained and licensed as a Minister on October 2, 2011 during the first year Anniversary Celebration of the ministry and was elevated to the office of an Elder October 2013. Elder Chantilou presently serves as a member of the Executive Board, Chief Administrator & Financial Officer (CFO).

In the secular world, she ascended to the corporate ladder as Director of Tides Marine Incorporated and later became Vice President, a position she still holds. She is known among family and friends as the “budget specialist” and as such, she pursued her dreams in finance.
In October 2012, she graduated from the American Continental University with a Master’s Degree in Finance (MBA) and is presently a Doctoral Candidate at the Walden University.

She is excited about Vision Worship Center and thank God daily for sanctioning her transition to such a great ministry.  She continuously expresses that she has grown spiritually under the leadership of Pastor Kevin Chantilou and will continue to allow God to use and direct her path.  Elder Kesha Chantilou is a family oriented individual and is the proud mother of an adorable son Keshawn Blake.
